It boasts a high melting point of 327°C and exhibits extremely high viscosity when molten (reaching 1010 Pa·s at 380°C), making direct molding and processing quite challenging. PTFE has a density range of 2.13 to 2.19 g/cm³, demonstrating outstanding chemical stability. Its dielectric constant remains stable at 2.1, with low loss factor, enabling it to maintain performance across a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.
